French successful restauranteur who came in Australia with their family to enjoy the beauty and lifestyle only the land down-under knows the how-to, they decided to take over Hemingway’s in winter 2014.
The venue was already a well-known spot on the Northern beaches with a window view on Manly beach. Without changing the identity, but subtly moving towards an exclusive witty home-made French menu, they mesh the coffee and cocktail-bar culture into the classic Montmartre bistro-style to get the best of both world at your table.

On the waterfront — just meters away from the Corso — you’ll be facing the most famous sand of the Northern beaches to enjoy a special day in our venue. Plus, you can be your own DJ and play your favorite hits without restrictions.

Raclette Nights
If you haven’t tried our Raclette nights served exactly like they do in France during winter, let’s remedy to that!
Accompanied with baby potatoes and a generous cured meat platter plus its green salad on the side, it’s definitely a must for a special occasion (or just pure gluttony!).
Ps: a 24 hours’ notice from your booking date is essential. Easy, just mention it in your booking notes and say that you’d like to book for a Raclette. Thank you.
